A minimum driveway width of 3 metres is required for delivery.
Bin Hub will make every effort to deliver your bin on the scheduled date and time. However, we are not responsible for any delays or failure in delivery.
A delay in delivery does not automatically entitle customers to cancel their order or request a refund.
For your convenience, Bin Hub operates six days a week.
A full refund will be issued for any bin order that Bin Hub is unable to fulfill.
To cancel an order and receive a refund, you must notify us at least two working days before the scheduled delivery.
No refunds will be provided if a bin is delivered as scheduled but is no longer required at the time of arrival.
Payments can be made by Cash or Card at the time of bin delivery.
The hirer is responsible for reimbursing Bin Hub for any additional fees related to:
Bin Hub is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses due to the non-delivery or late delivery of a bin.
We are not responsible for any damage to driveways, overhanging trees, shrubs, gardens, overhead services, or underground utilities (such as drainage or cables). The hirer must ensure clear and suitable access for delivery.
Once delivered, the bin and its contents are entirely the hirer's responsibility, including any damage caused to third parties, property, or individuals.
Your privacy is important to us. We will never share your information without your consent.
Upon request, Bin Hub will modify or remove any personal or company information stored in our system.
If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please contact Bin Hub immediately and do not use the bin or equipment if it has already been delivered.
